Key Responsibilities Source and acquire customers for unsecured loan products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. Manage the complete loan lifecycle, from lead generation to disbursement.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. Work with DSA channels and other sourcing avenues to expand business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in unsecured lending, preferably in NBFC, BFSI, or MFI sectors. Good understanding of loan products, interest rates, loan tenure, and credit assessment. Solid sales, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of achieving disbursement targets.

Experience in sourcing business through DSAs is preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused professional.

Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience in loan sales and customer acquisition. Strong market network and customer base. Ability to join within a short notice period is an advantage.
