Experience: 8 to 15 years in LDD
- Strong expertise in Linux Device Driver development. Solid understanding of Embedded Linux architecture.
- Design, develop, and maintain Linux kernel device drivers.
- Implement and debug drivers for peripherals such as I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, NVMe, and DMA-based devices.
- Kernel subsystem knowledge: Character, Network, Block Drivers, GPIO & Power Management Frameworks.
- Perform board bring-up activities and BSP customisation.
- Analyse kernel crashes, memory issues, performance bottlenecks, and hardware-software integration problems.
- Work closely with firmware, hardware, validation, and application teams.
- Support kernel upgrades, patch integration, and upstreaming activities.
- Interrupt (IRQ) handling. DMA buffer management. Kernel debugging and tracing.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with software quality processes
