Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. (TACO), established in October 1995 by the Tata Group with the aim of participating in and catalysing the modernisation of the Indian automotive components industry. The TACO group, with its 24 manufacturing plants, 5 engineering centres and three export-oriented units, is rapidly expanding its business within India as well as Overseas. Job Location- Ranjangaon MIDC

Roles & Responsibilities-

Lead and manage a team of production workers, including supervisors and technicians.

Collect and analyze production data to track performance metrics, such as output, efficiency and quality.

Prepare regular reports on production performance and share insights with management.





Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall production efficiency

Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize resource utilization.

Schedule preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.

Identify opportunities to improve production processes and implement creative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Creates interactive dashboards to visualize data and facilitate decision-making.

Motivate and inspire the team to achieve production goals and maintain high levels of productivity.

Optimized daily operations by implementing a DWM system.

Developed and implemented a new MIS system to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
