Role Description This part-time Life Insurance Agent role is based in Lucknow and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site client interactions with some work-from-home flexibility. The agent will identify potential customers, explain LIC products, and recommend suitable plans based on individual financial goals and protection needs. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, scheduling meetings, presenting policy options, completing application documentation, and supporting clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing policyholders, responding to inquiries,



and coordinating with LIC offices on policy issuance, servicing, and claims. The agent is expected to uphold regulatory and company guidelines while meeting sales targets and promoting LIC’s values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively recommend and distribute LIC products.
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to understand market offerings and support clients’ financial planning decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, handle queries, and provide ongoing policy support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a part-time, hybrid environment with flexible hours.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools for remote client engagement and record keeping.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage, though motivated newcomers willing to learn will be considered.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; higher education in commerce, finance, or business is preferred.
