Role Description Life Coaching Program Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and smooth execution of UCF’s coaching programs on-site at Navi Mumbai. This full-time role includes coordinating training schedules, managing participant registrations, and supporting coaches and trainers with program logistics and materials. The coordinator monitors program progress, gathers feedback,



and helps maintain quality standards aligned with UCF’s LADDER Framework and certification pathways.

The role also involves communicating with participants, addressing queries, and ensuring a professional, supportive learning environment. Collaboration with internal teams to improve program delivery and documentation is an essential part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Life Coaching and Personal Development, with the ability to support participants on their growth journeys.
- Effective Communication and Coaching skills to engage with coaches, participants, and stakeholders in a explicit and professional manner.
- Experience in Training or program coordination, including organizing sessions, managing timelines, and handling logistics.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai full time, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, business, or a related field is preferred; coaching certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices.
