The Role: We are looking for a highly driven Lending Partnership Manager to join our core team in Jaipur (On-site). In this building phase, you will actively build our supply side by onboarding and structuring deals with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

What You Will Do:

- Outreach & Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard regulated lending partners (Banks/NBFCs) onto the ShriNeo platform.
- Commercial Structuring: Negotiate partnership terms, structure commission/revenue models, and align business incentives.
- Relationship Management:



Act as the primary bridge between lenders and our internal product/ops teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously track regulatory shifts and lending trends to optimize our partnership strategy.
