About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-travelled Leisure Travel Consultant with expertise in planning and executing customized holiday packages for European destinations and other international destinations . The ideal candidate will be a travel enthusiast with excellent knowledge of Europe’s tourism offerings, visa requirements, and have a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and sell tailor-made holiday packages globally, including flights, hotels, tours, sightseeing, travel insurance, and transfers.
- Handle end-to-end holiday planning: consultation, itinerary creation, costing, booking, documentation, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, hotels, and suppliers in European destinations.
- Stay updated on Schengen visa rules, seasonal offers, destination knowledge, and travel advisories.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Attend client meetings, understand their preferences, and offer customized holiday options accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal visa, air ticketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.




- Handle post-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Leisure Travel skills, with the ability to design customized itineraries and holiday packages.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including transparent communication, empathy, and problem-solving in client-facing situations.
- Candidates should possess Travel Management skills, including experience with reservations, ticketing, travel documentation, and itinerary planning.
- Candidates should possess experience with Car Rental and related ground transportation arrangements as part of comprehensive travel solutions.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with GDS or online booking tools, knowledge of visa and travel insurance processes, and basic international geography.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines are important.
- A background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field, and prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment, are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team in Hyderabad and adapt to changing client needs and market trends.
