The firm handles Corporate Commercial Litigation, White Collar Crimes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A;), Negotiations, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, legal opinions, contract drafting, legal research, legal audits, and due diligence.
About The Internship
NC Legal is inviting applications from serious and committed law students for a four-week paid legal internship in New Delhi for September 2026.
Eligibility
Applicants Must Be
- Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
- Students in the 2nd or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 are preferred.
- Basic familiarity with SCC Online and Manupatra is expected.
Internship Responsibilities Interns Will Gain Practical Exposure To
- Legal research and drafting
- Court proceedings
- Client interactions
- Other legal matters handled by the firm
Duration The internship will be for 4 weeks and may be extended based on the intern's performance.

Stipend
Selected interns will receive a stipend of ₹5,000. The stipend may be extended based on performance and will be paid only upon successful completion of the internship.
