Role Description The Legal Intern will support attorneys with research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents in a variety of practice areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting case law and statute research, preparing case summaries, organizing files, and assisting with legal document preparation for hearings, client meetings, and internal reviews. The intern will help in analyzing legal issues, preparing notes and briefs, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India,



requiring consistent collaboration with the legal team and adherence to qualified standards of confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Law and the ability to understand and apply legal principles.
- Skills in Legal Consulting and the capacity to assist in analyzing and addressing legal issues.
- Experience or training in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal materials.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and preparing clear documentation.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and research abilities, and proficiency with legal research tools and online databases.
- Current enrollment in graduation from an accredited law program.
- Ability to work in office in Chandigarh, India, and manage full-time internship responsibilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practice.
