Associate Attorney – 2–3 Years’ Experience

ATMS is looking for an Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to support its internal legal requirements and retainer clients.

Responsibilities

1. Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.Handle day-to-day legal work for retainer clients.
2. Assist with commercial transactions and corporate documentation.
3. Draft legal notices, replies and settlement correspondence.
4. Manage trademark filings, examination replies and related matters.
5. Support POSH compliance, policies, Internal Committee documentation and training.
6. Advise on employment, regulatory and general compliance matters.
7.



Conduct legal research and coordinate with clients, counsel and authorities.

Requirements
- Law degree and enrolment with a State Bar Council.
- 2–3 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience.
- Solid drafting, research and client-handling skills.
- Experience in contracts, trademarks, notices, POSH and compliance preferred.
- Practical, detail-oriented and capable of independently managing multiple matters.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
