Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Leadership Development and L&D; programs
- Drive manager and frontline capability development
- Design and implement role-based learning programs
- Manage L&D; calendar, training partners and stakeholders
- Drive Manager Training, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and operational training
- Track training effectiveness and business impact
- Prepare L&D; MIS, dashboards and management reports
- Support succession planning and talent development

Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in L&D; / Training / Leadership Development
- Robust experience in Hospitality / Hotels / QSR / Restaurant L&D; preferred
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS
