Key Responsibilities:
- Handle loan recovery and collection-related legal matters.
- Draft and issue legal notices to defaulters.
- Handle cheque bounce, civil recovery and arbitration proceedings.
- Handle borrower and guarantor-related legal cases.
- Draft and review settlement/OTS and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with courts, tribunals and external legal teams.
- Track ongoing cases and provide regular case updates.
- Advise the recovery team on legal procedures and documentation
