Position: Leader / Leader Designate – Software Development (PW1520ST RM 4316)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Leader – Software Development to lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions for high-speed industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine control software development, industrial automation, motion control systems, and team leadership.

This role involves managing end-to-end software development activities, mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

- 15 to 20 years of experience in software development, preferably within industrial automation and machine control systems.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership, project delivery, and customer engagement.
