Key Deliverables: 1. Design and implement WhatsApp chatbot conversation flows and intents.
- Set up the web backend for an admin panel to integrate with various subjects.
- Deploy the chatbot to hosting services and manage its maintenance.
- Troubleshoot application issues and raise them to L3 when necessary.
Role Responsibilities: 1. Manage application/production SRE with in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, and Rabbit MQ.
- Write and maintain basic shell or Python scripts for deployment and troubleshooting.
- Apply VAS domain knowledge, especially in WhatsApp or RCS flows.
- Collaborate with teams and ensure the proper implementation of workplace policies and procedures.
