Key Responsibilities: Incident response for production hosted environments

Monitor and support production systems; resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis

Support and execute deployments and configuration changes in production and non-production environments following change management processes

Coordinate between operations, business teams, delivery teams, and external vendors facilitate service restoration and delivery

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement Skills and Competencies: IT degree, or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience supporting enterprise application environments





Solid understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices

Working knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologies

Prior experience with Enterprise Disaster Recovery, backup processes, and system patching

Proficiency working with ITIL based processes and systems

Understanding of infrastructure hosted on GCP A passion for continuous improvement

Ability to troubleshoot complex application, database, and system integrations

Monitoring system and application health and alerts

Flexibility in working arrangements

Team player and a can-do attitude

Strong problem solving and communication skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, Python, Bash/Shell, and MS SQL development and debugging

Experience with ODBC, SPAN RPC, ASP, JBOSS, and .NET services/applications

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic, LogicMonitor, Dynatrace

Experience with ServiceNOW, JIRA, and Confluence

Understanding of application debugging using Visual Studio and log analysis

Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, NexusIQ

Unix and Windows Server experience Desirable Skills (Nice to have):



Exposure to Bravura products or similar Superannuation technology stacks and architecture.

Experience working with Control-M or other batch scheduling systems

Experience working with Launch Darkly or similar feature enablement/release platforms
