Roles and Responsibility

- Possesses 6-10 years of experience in developing and architecting with Salesforce engineering solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Lead the development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, flows, integrations, and platform automations.
- Architect solutions adhering to Salesforce procedures, governor limits, and enterprise standards.
- Design reusable frameworks and components to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce initiatives and projects.
- Define application architecture, integration patterns, data models, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate or apply equivalent experience with Enterprise Architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and roadmap.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural reviews.
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and modernization.
- Build and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven messaging, data change tracking, Middleware, and External Services.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate important and relevant information concisely and clearly.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Platform Events.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, including data modeling, automation, security, and governance.
- Experience integrating Salesforce using RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, Named Credentials, Middleware solutions, and external systems (preferably AWS-based applications and services).
- Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps practices using GitHub, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Salesforce DX (SFDX), or similar deployment frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture guidelines, governor limits, performance optimization, and scalable develop patterns.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and multifunctional technology teams deliver business solutions.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

Good to Have Skills

- Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Einstein AI/Agentforce capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and integration patterns involving Salesforce and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, SAFe practices, and release management processes.
