Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Delivery Lead to manage recruitment delivery across various industry verticals. This leadership role demands a strong understanding of recruitment processes, team management, client handling, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Drive skill enhancement within the team through training and upskilling programs.
- Ensure accountability and performance tracking across team members.

Client Handling

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact, instilling confidence in Live Connections as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Proactively address client needs and ensure seamless delivery on mandates.

Recruitment Delivery





- Oversee recruitment operations for diverse industries, including technology and automobile design.
- Drive the team to deliver on complex hiring mandates across domains.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensure high-quality candidate delivery.

Data & Analytics

- Leverage CRM tools to track, analyze, and optimize recruitment performance.
- Present insights and reports to senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Use data-driven strategies to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

- Experience : 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in hiring non tech engineering professionals
- Industry Exposure : Ability to handle hiring across industries, mostly in Automobile and oil &Gas;
- Team Leadership : Proven track record of managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Client Management : Comfortably liaise with senior stakeholders, build trust, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analytical Mindset : Proficient in working with data, reports, and CRM tools to drive decisions.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic : Driven, result-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic client requirements.
