Position: Lead Research and Data Mining Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Research and Data Mining Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to support our international B2B sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

-Build targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles covering geography, industry, company size, funding stage, and tech stack.

-Identify decision makers such as Founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Ecommerce Managers, with verified emails and LinkedIn profiles.

-Track buying signals such as recent funding, new leadership hires, active developer job postings, and product launches.

-Enrich records with firmographic and technographic details so sales has context before the first touch.

-Verify email deliverability and remove invalid, catch-all, and risky addresses before handover.

-Maintain clean, deduplicated lists ready for import into Smartlead, Apollo, and our CRM, along with a suppression list.

-Work with the sales team to see which lists are performing and refine targeting accordingly.

Required Skills

-1 to 2 years in lead generation, data mining,



preferably for an IT services or B2B SaaS company selling to international markets.

-Working knowledge of Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools, including Boolean search.

-Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, filters, and deduplication.

-Proven ability to find and verify business email addresses.

-Good understanding of the US, UK, and European B2B markets.

-Strong written and spoken English, with high attention to detail. Clean data matters more than large data.

Good to Have

-Scraping and automation tools such as Clay, Phantombuster, or Apps Script.

-Experience with cold email platforms such as Smartlead or Instantly.

-Familiarity with Shopify and the ecommerce ecosystem.
