We are looking for an experienced Executive Search qualified for our company Executive Tracks Associates Pvt. Ltd. (www.eta.in) - an Executive Search Firm.

Looking for candidates having 10+ years of experience in managing leadership and senior-level mandates across Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemicals, and Manufacturing sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for client management, delivery of senior leadership assignments, oermanent hiring and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Executive Search and Leadership Hiring mandates for clients across relevant industry sectors.
- Understand client requirements, organization structures, business objectives, and leadership needs to develop effective search strategies.
- Lead searches for Senior Management, Business Heads, Functional Heads, CXO and Leadership positions.
- Manage the complete search lifecycle market mapping, talent identification, research, assessment, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and closure.
- Drive client management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery and turnaround time.
- Build and maintain a strong network of senior professionals across Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemical, and Manufacturing sectors.
- New client acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Lead and mentor junior researchers / consultants involved in search assignments.
- Track market intelligence, competitor organizations, talent pools, and industry movements to strengthen search delivery.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience,



with substantial experience in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring.
- Mandatory: Prior experience with an Executive Search / Leadership Consulting firm.
- Proven experience handling permanent recruitment mandates, particularly senior and leadership positions.
- Strong exposure to sectors such as Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Industrial, or allied sectors.
- Demonstrated capability in client management and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, competitor mapping, and leadership talent pools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong professional network and ability to engage with senior-level candidates.
- Ability to independently manage multiple mandates and deliver assignments within agreed timelines.
