Role description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Lead II with robust expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Jenkins-based CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will lead cloud infrastructure initiatives, drive reliability engineering practices, design scalable deployment pipelines, and ensure the operational excellence of cloud-native applications across GCP environments.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Architect, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Declarative Pipeline syntax. Automate application deployment, configuration management, infrastructure provisioning, and operational workflows.

Manage and support GCP services, including: Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Cloud Run Compute Engine Cloud SQL Cloud Storage Cloud Functions VPC and Networking Services Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to enable seamless application delivery and deployment. Implement and enhance SRE practices, including incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), observability, service reliability, and performance optimization. Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and ing solutions using GCP-native and third-party tools.

Define and enforce security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices across cloud environments. Lead capacity planning, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and high-availability architecture initiatives.



Drive infrastructure standardization and adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for cloud and DevOps initiatives. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment processes, and operational runbooks. Stay current with emerging GCP technologies, cloud architecture trends, and DevOps/SRE best practices.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native architectures. Extensive experience in designing and managing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Declarative Pipeline syntax FilesFiles
