Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Expert to generate qualified business leads and support the sales team in acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and hands-on experience with multiple lead-generation channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, email, WhatsApp, and other online/offline channels.
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls and introduce company services professionally.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into qualified meetings/opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team for further lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, responses, and conversions.
- Explore new platforms and strategies to improve lead generation.
- Prepare regular reports on lead-generation activities and performance.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong command of English and Hindi.
- Experience in cold calling and B2B lead generation.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Google, databases, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, staffing, education, building materials, FMCG, or other non-IT industries will be preferred.

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
