Beyond Craft is looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team.

What you'll do

- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels
- Research companies, prospects, and decision-makers using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify relevant decision-makers including Founders, CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Business Leaders
- Understand prospect pain points and qualify opportunities against defined ICPs
- Book qualified meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
- Follow up consistently to improve response and conversion rates
- Track outreach activity, lead quality, and meeting-booking performance
- Collaborate with the Business Development team for a smooth handover of qualified leads

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, Appointment Setting, or Outbound Sales
- International market experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting




- Experience using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of ICP identification and prospect research
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working with lead generation and meeting-booking targets
- High ownership, accountability, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Experience handling opportunities beyond lead generation, including discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures, will be an added advantage.
