We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing logistics team.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and outbound outreach (US market)
- Develop new shipper relationships and maintain follow-ups
- Coordinate with carriers and internal operations team
- Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
- Provide shipment updates and ensure smooth coordination

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months of experience in international sales (US market preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in US shift (night shift IST)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
