? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through LinkedIn, social media, email, calling, and other online platforms.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and prospective clients.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead-generation processes.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

⭐ Preferred SkillsExperience or knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, email marketing, cold calling, and B2B lead generation will be an advantage. ? EligibilityGraduates from any discipline can apply. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
