Loc - Mum/Bang - Hybrid OR Remote - Case to Case (Only for Immediate Joiners)

Notice - Immediate to Sept Serving

Must-have Skills : Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, Typescript + Vite

- Kafka / Sidekiq
- Redux Toolkit & Material UI

- OpenSearch / Elastic Search
- API & Backend Testing (unit tests, integration tests, Rspec, etc)

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and ReactJS, along with experience in designing scalable architectures and participating in technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement end-to-end features, including:
- Feature analysis and requirement understanding
- Impact analysis across systems and modules
- Database design and optimization
- Backend API development using Ruby on Rails
- Frontend UI development using ReactJS
- Bug fixing and performance improvements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing




- Contribute to DevOps activities such as CI/CD, deployments, and monitoring

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Ruby on Rails and backend API development
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, and contemporary frontend practices
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system design
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database schema design
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Kafka, Sidekiq)
- Knowledge of search technologies like OpenSearch/Elasticsearch
- Experience working with Docker and containerized environments
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have: Experience in system architecture and design discussions

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
