In this role, you will design, deliver, and mentor high-impact training programs covering modern Full Stack Web Development, focusing heavily on Python backend ecosystems and ReactJS frontend frameworks. Whether you are looking for a long-term Full-Time position or a flexible Freelance assignment, we welcome seasoned developers and educators who can bridge the gap between academic theory and production-grade engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Lead hands-on classroom and live interactive training sessions on Python, ReactJS, and modern Full Stack architecture.
- Course & Content Design: Develop, update, and refine training modules, lab exercises, real-world capstone projects, and assessment materials.
- Mentorship: Guide learners through complex coding problems, code reviews, debugging sessions, and industry best practices.
- Skill Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations, mock interviews, and project evaluations to ensure student readiness for industry placement.
- Stay Updated: Continuously adapt course content to align with emerging trends in Python (Django/FastAPI), React ecosystem, and cloud deployment practices.

Core Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of total experience in software development, training, or technical mentorship.
- Python Mastery:



Strong expertise in Core Python, Advanced Concepts, Object-Oriented Programming, and enterprise frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
- ReactJS Mastery: Deep understanding of modern React features (Hooks, State Management via Redux/Context API, React Router, Virtual DOM, and Component Architecture).
- Full Stack Integration: Hands-on knowledge of RESTful API development, GraphQL, and integrating backend services with React applications.
- Database Management: Proficiency in relational database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems (MongoDB).
- DevOps & Version Control: Expertise in Git/GitHub, Docker, and basic CI/CD pipeline deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Web Basics: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
