Position: Lead Generation Executive

? About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development and sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, researching organizations, generating qualified leads, making professional calls, maintaining lead databases, and coordinating with the Business Development team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels
- Research and identify potential colleges, institutions, companies, and organizations
- Find and collect accurate:
- Organization Name
- Contact Person Name
- Contact Number
- Email ID
- Location
- Organization Details
- Make professional outbound calls to potential leads
- Introduce company services and understand prospect requirements
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases
- Record lead status and follow-up activities in MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
- Qualify leads and forward relevant prospects to the Business Development/Sales team
- Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, demos, and further follow-ups
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets
- Prepare regular lead-generation and activity reports

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good internet research and data-collection skills
- Comfortable making skilled phone calls
- Ability to communicate with colleges, companies, institutions, and decision-makers
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to learn sales and business-development processes
