We are looking for a Lead Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on AI/ML and LLM experience.

- Own the technical architecture and engineering direction for key AI-powered products and platforms.
- Design and build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend and AI systems.
- Lead the development of LLM/AI capabilities, from experimentation through production deployment.
- Drive technical decisions around architecture, infrastructure, APIs, data, models, and system reliability.
- Build production-grade AI systems with strong focus on quality, latency, scalability, cost, and reliability.
- Identify technical risks and proactively improve system architecture and engineering processes.




- Work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, technical discussions, and hands-on guidance.

- 4+ years of strong software engineering experience with significant ownership of production systems.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-powered applications in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one additional backend language such as Go, Java, C++, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model/API integration.
- Experience designing and building scalable, distributed backend systems and APIs.
- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, databases, caching, and distributed systems.
