As a DPIIT-recognized, Tier-1 infrastructure developer headquartered in Bhubaneswar, we engineer and deploy utility-scale Solar EPC megaprojects and high-velocity EV Fast-Charging corridors across Odisha to international standards.

We are actively scaling our operational deployments and are seeking a highly capable Lead Electrical Engineer .

⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: This role mandates an active, valid HT (High Tension) Electrical Supervisory License for the state of Odisha. Applications without this license will be automatically rejected.

The Mandate: You will be the primary technical authority for ZeroPlug’s high-voltage execution. Your core objective is to ensure that our complex Dual-Ecosystem deployments (Commercial Solar + DC EV Charging Hubs) are engineered, executed, and synchronized with the grid in absolute compliance with CEIG and DISCOM safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- CEIG & Regulatory Compliance: Lead end-to-end electrical safety audits, load enhancement approvals, and grid synchronization processes with TPCODL and state DISCOMs.
- Infrastructure Execution: Oversee the electrical commissioning of heavy commercial Solar EPC plants and multi-modal EV charging hubs (up to 360kW DC Ultra-Quick architecture).




- Protection & Telemetry: Ensure seamless integration of advanced protection switchgears, earthing systems, and IoT telemetry across all live project sites.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce ZeroPlug’s unshakeable standard of engineering excellence, ensuring zero compliance risks and maximum asset longevity.

The Non-Negotiable Requirements:

- License: Must hold a valid HT Electrical Supervisory License issued by or valid in the state of Odisha.
- Experience: Proven on-ground experience in HT/LT grid synchronization, ideally within the Solar EPC or EV infrastructure sectors.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of state electricity regulations, drawing approvals, and heavy commercial electrical infrastructure.
