Project Management Office (PMO) Manager Role Purpose The PMO Manager is responsible for driving goverce, planning, execution oversight, and delivery excellence across strategic business and technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Project Goverce Delivery

- Establish and drive PMO goverce frameworks, project methodologies, and best practices.

Portfolio Program Management

Stakeholder Management

Planning Resource Management

- Support project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.

- Ensure compliance with organizational goverce standards, audit requirements, and project documentation.

Process Improvement

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.

- Champion Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.

- 812 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management, preferably in technology, fintech, or digital organizations.
