Position Title Lead Chemist - QC Company GFCL EV Products Limited Grade / Level N/A Division / Department QA/QC

Job Purpose Job Accountability :

We are actively looking for credible team members who would be primarily responsible for:

- To set up analytical facility for testing Battery Materials and raw materials and in process samples as required.
- Ensure all Zero Error testing standard and ensure Zero defect product delivery.
- Establish and maintain Quality Assurance Systems in place and ensure world class product delivery system with zero customer complaints as the target
- Adherence to IMS procedures / documentation.

Essential

- Hands-on experience with chemical and instrumental analysis, and handling hygroscopic / hazardous materials. (Particularly with Glove box operations, Ion chromatography, GC-MS, ICP-MS, etc.)
- Positive analytical ability and having exposure to root cause analysis




- Good leadership skills with the ability to coach and build high performing teams
- Very good understanding of Chemistry and operational issues

Educational Requirements M. Sc in Analytical / Inorganic chemistry preferred OR equivalent with hands on experience of chemical analysis.

Experience Required

- Total experience around 8 to 12 yrs in chemical / instrumental analysis, data interpretation and trouble shooting.
- Handling of hygroscopic / hazardous materials. (3 – 5 years)
- Experience in large and leading chemical complex will be added advantage
- Desirable - battery material testing
