Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP development. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate skills in ABAP programming and a strong understanding of SAP modules. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the successful delivery of SAP projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP programs to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Support system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in SAP ABAP programming (3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
- Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and CDS views.
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP Workflow and Smart Forms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
