Job Summary

Responsible for administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support of enterprise monitoring platforms including OMi/OBM, NNMi, SiteScope, and related integrations. The engineer will provide Level-2 support, perform incident analysis, ensure monitoring availability, and coordinate with L3 SMEs and infrastructure teams for problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor enterprise infrastructure using OMi/OBM, NNMi, and SiteScope. Perform L2 investigation and troubleshooting of monitoring alerts and incidents. Handle incident, problem, and change management activities through ServiceNow.

Analyze monitoring failures, agent issues, integration failures, and event correlation problems. Execute health checks of monitoring infrastructure and supporting components. Support monitoring tool administration and configuration activities.

Validate monitoring requests and implement approved monitoring changes. Perform alert tuning, event suppression validation, and threshold reviews. Coordinate with platform teams, application teams,



and vendors for issue resolution.

Support RCA preparation for P1/P2 incidents. Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and Work Instructions. Participate in shift handovers and provide 24x7 operational support coverage. Escalate complex issues to L3 SMEs and follow through until closure.
