Role Description The Landscape Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscape-related projects within Lernx’s educational and operational initiatives. This role includes coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that project deliverables align with stakeholder expectations and organizational standards.

The Landscape Project

Manager will handle daily communication with internal teams and external partners, track progress, address risks, and prepare status reports to keep projects on schedule and within scope.



Additional responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, supporting logistics and procurement activities, and ensuring that all project activities follow applicable quality and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to plan, coordinate, and deliver landscape projects effectively.
- Experience with Expeditor responsibilities and Inspection processes to monitor progress, verify quality, and resolve issues promptly.
- Logistics Management skills to manage materials, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and partners.
- Previous experience in landscape, construction, or related project environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote teams.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, online task management platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, civil engineering, architecture, landscape design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
