Job Overview:

We are seeking a Labelling Machine Operator to join our production team The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining labelling machines, ensuring efficiency, and upholding our high-quality standards in packaging

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor labelling machines to ensure accurate and efficient application of labels

Adjust machine settings based on different product packaging specifications

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime

Inspect labelled products for accuracy, alignment, and quality compliance

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols

Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor

Work collaboratively with the quality control and production teams to optimize efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements:

Hard Skills:

Experience operating labelling machines in a manufacturing setting (preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industries)

Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance

Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control standards





Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and production specifications

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify labelling defects

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Team player with good communication skills

Commitment to quality, precision, and efficiency

Education & Certifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical certification in machine operation or industrial mechanics is an advantage

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operating labelling or packaging machines

Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing is preferred
