Job Summary

We are looking for a Lab Technician to join our Quality Control team in a Filler & Masterbatch manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, maintaining laboratory records, and ensuring that products meet the required quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine laboratory testing of raw materials, filler compounds, masterbatch, and finished products.

- Perform quality checks on incoming raw materials such as polymers, fillers, pigments, additives, and other ingredients.

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments safely and correctly.

- Record test results accurately in laboratory registers, reports, or software systems.

- Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures,



and quality standards.

- Support development and testing of new filler/masterbatch grades when required.

Required Qualification

- B.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant science discipline.

- Basic understanding of chemistry, laboratory procedures, and material testing.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

- Good observation, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow shift schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
