Key Responsibilities:

- Test raw materials, inprocess samples, and finished products as per approved procedures.

- Perform routine lab tests accurately and record all parameters.

- Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, and traceability.

- Compare test results with specifications and report any deviations immediately.

- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and proper documentation of all lab activities.

Raw Material Quality Checks:

- Collect and test incoming raw material samples.

- Verify batch/vehicle details and maintain test records.

- Communicate quality issues before materials are released for production.

InProcess Quality Control:

- Collect samples during production and monitor process parameters.

- Coordinate with production teams to maintain product quality.

- Report deviations quickly and support corrective actions.





Finished Product Testing:

- Test finished activated carbon products as per defined specifications.

- Confirm grade, quality, and compliance before dispatch.

- Maintain final product test reports and support production/dispatch teams.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Rotational Shift

- Manufacturing / Production Plant

- Laboratory workplace within an industrial facility

- 9-hour shift as per production requirements

- PPE mandatory

- May require handling of chemicals and industrial samples

- Coordination with Production, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams
- Basic computer proficiency required
