Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and manpower management.
- Ensure seamless functioning of bottling and beverage production lines with optimal efficiency.
- Supervise machinery, utilities, and technical systems for continuous and reliable operation.
- Implement and uphold ISO, HACCP, FSSS & other quality assurance standards.
- Lead production planning, efficiency improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance and manage basic commercial documentation.




- Guide and motivate the factory team to achieve operational excellence and maintain safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management on cost control, performance analysis, and technical advancements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a more related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Alcobev industry.
- Strong technical expertise in beverage processing and packaging line operations. Achieving 90% install capacity production efficiency.
- Practical knowledge of plant machinery, utilities, and maintenance systems.
- In-depth understanding of quality systems, ISO certification, and factory compliance.
- Basic knowledge of commercial operations and documentation.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
