Experience: 7–14 Years

Budget: Upto 90k PM to 1.2LPM

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations

Troubleshoot complex Routing, Switching, and WAN issues

Manage and support SD-WAN environments

Handle Incident, Problem & Change Management as per SLAs

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents

Work with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution

Monitor network performance and ensure high availability

Mandatory Skills

✔ Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)

✔ L3 concepts (VLANs, STP)

✔ SD-WAN (Cisco / Meraki / Viptela)

✔ Enterprise Network Troubleshooting & NOC Operations

✔ Firewalls, VPNs & Network Security

Valuable to Have

➕ Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) exposure

➕ AWS/Azure Networking

➕ ITIL knowledge
