Qualification - BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university





Certification - Must have UKG PRO WFM - Timekeeping Certification

We are looking for Consultant with strong/hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM to support and lead client engagements. The individual will work as part of the WFM delivery team and will have the chance to contribute to multiple projects by leveraging their knowledge of Workforce Management processes, tools, and systems.

The individual should be prepared to work in a agile environment with changing requirements and continuous interaction with onsite engagement teams and clients. The role demands strong analytical, functional, and consulting skills.

As a delivery resource implementing UKG Pro WFM modules, you will support configuration, testing, and deployment activities across Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, and Forecasting.

Our implementation partners are accountable for all phases of the customer’s implementation lifecycle. The partner resource must have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and consulting skills experience with knowledge of workforce management concepts and regulations to be accepted into the program.

Key Responsibilties:

- Support and lead WFM project workstreams across Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Scheduling, and Forecasting.




- Apply strong technical and functional proficiencies to address complex WFM challenges.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables across distributed global teams.
- Contribute to lifecycle WFM activities: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Migration, Knowledge Transfer, and Hypercare.
- Act as a subject matter contributor in WFM modules
- Own client communication cadence, manage expectations, and ensure positive feedback from stakeholders.
- Support development of thought leadership, tools, templates, methodologies, and practice assets.
- Exercise strong decision-making skills and effectively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

Qualification:

- 4–11 years of experience in Workforce Management including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Forecasting, Testing, and related areas
- Strong understanding of WFM process design, configuration, and testing frameworks
- Hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos WFM preferred
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, change management, and time management abilities.
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver solutions within project timelines.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills using Visio or similar tools.
- Must have UKG PRO WFM - Timekeeping Certification

Additional Requirements:

- Experience working with US or multi-geo clients is an added advantage
- Ability to seek feedback and adopt changes to improve performance.
- Acts in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management guidelines
