Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kofax Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Kofax TotalAgility (KTA/KTM) and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing document automation solutions, XML mapping, and integrating third-party invoice formats (such as Pagero/Thomson Reuters) with Kofax and Oracle EBS. The consultant will play a key role in delivering invoice processing and document capture solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Kofax document capture and invoice processing solutions.
- Map Pagero (Thomson Reuters) XML invoice format into the Kofax XML structure.
- Integrate mapped XML data with Kofax KTM/KTA and Oracle EBS workflows.
- Develop and customize Kofax transformation and validation processes.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to XML mapping, document processing, and integrations.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.




- Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Kofax TotalAgility (KTA/KTM) or Kofax Capture solutions.
- Solid experience with XML mapping, XSLT, XML Schema (XSD), and document transformation.
- Experience integrating Kofax solutions with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Knowledge of invoice processing, OCR, and document automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration technologies.
- Experience with SQL and database concepts.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience integrating Pagero (Thomson Reuters) invoice XML with Kofax.
- Experience in Oracle EBS Financials (Accounts Payable/Procure-to-Pay).
- Knowledge of enterprise integration frameworks and middleware.
- Experience working in global implementation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have
- Oracle EBS implementation experience.
- Exposure to invoice automation and e-Invoicing solutions.
- Experience working with implementation partners and enterprise document management projects.
