No.of Positions: 2 About the Role: We are looking for a Junior WordPress Developer with strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript who can build responsive, fast-loading and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on custom WordPress development, converting Figma/HTML designs into WordPress, website optimisation, troubleshooting, responsiveness and technical SEO requirements.

Important: This position is for candidates with hands-on professional WordPress development experience. Freshers are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites.

Customize WordPress themes and functionality as per project requirements.

Create custom layouts using HTML, CSS and JavaScript when required.

Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites.

Convert HTML websites/templates into WordPress.

Work with popular WordPress page builders when required.

Customize existing WordPress websites beyond basic page-builder functionality.

Ensure websites are fully responsive and mobile-friendly across different devices and screen sizes.

Identify and resolve website layout, functionality and browser compatibility issues.

Optimize websites for speed, performance and Core Web Vitals.

Optimize images, CSS, JavaScript, caching and other website performance elements.

Understand and implement basic SEO and Technical SEO requirements during website development.

Work on SEO-related technical changes suggested by the SEO team.

Maintain proper heading structure, clean URLs,



internal linking functionality, schema/plugin implementation, redirects and other technical elements.

Troubleshoot WordPress errors, plugin conflicts and website performance issues.

Follow good UI/UX practices while developing websites.

Ensure website designs are clean, professional and easy to navigate.

Test websites thoroughly before making them live.

Maintain and update existing client websites.

Pays attention to spacing, alignment, typography and responsiveness.

Does not depend entirely on ready-made themes or page builders.

Is willing to create or modify HTML/CSS layouts when required.

Understands that a positive website should not only look attractive but should also be fast, SEO-friendly and mobile-friendly.

Can troubleshoot problems independently and find practical solutions.

Is willing to learn new technologies, AI tools and development practices.

Can manage multiple website tasks and meet project deadlines.

Works well with SEO, design and digital marketing teams.

Education

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with strong practical WordPress skills and a good portfolio are encouraged to apply. How to Apply
