We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web development and a passion for creating responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites.

You will work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project teams to develop new features, improve existing websites, troubleshoot issues, and gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications

Convert UI/UX designs into functional and interactive web pages

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code

Build responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Assist in developing frontend components using modern frameworks

Integrate REST APIs and third-party services

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues

Optimize websites for performance, speed, and accessibility

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Participate in code reviews and implement technical feedback

Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams

Maintain technical documentation and project updates

Follow coding standards, security practices, and development guidelines

Stay updated with modern web development tools and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Web Development, including internships or academic projects

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Basic understanding of React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS,



or similar frameworks

Understanding of responsive web design

Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub

Understanding of REST APIs

Basic knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Positive communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of React.js / Next.js

Familiarity with Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java

Basic understanding of TypeScript

Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms

Knowledge of website performance optimization

Understanding of basic SEO principles

Familiarity with Postman

Basic exposure to Docker and CI/CD

Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
