Our team is looking to welcome a mature, motivated, mission-driven Senior Web Developer to join Khushi Baby

Responsibilities

- Implementing best practices for state management, component reusability, and maintainability.

- Writing clean, productive, and well-documented code.

- Optimizing application performance and scalability.

- Designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.

- Collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams

Requirements

- Extensive experience (2+ years) with React.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), code splitting, performance optimization, and Hooks API.

- Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+) skills, including closures, prototypes, higher-order functions, and asynchronous programming.

- Strong state management expertise with Redux, or Context API for scalable apps.

- Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Full-stack experience with Node.js, Express.js, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript tooling, including Babel, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills for performance optimization.





- Effective collaboration and communication, working with cross-functional teams.

You ll stand out with

- Prior experience working with government officials and NHM data sets

- Publications with mixed-methods research

- Prior experience working with mHealth / digital health projects

- Excellence in English writing and communication

- Demonstrated work / experimentation in prompt-engineering for tools like ChatGPT
