We’re Hiring: Junior Video Editor — Documentary, Podcast & Creator Content We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling and excited to learn documentary-style editing, podcast content, and creator-led media. You don’t need to be an expert in documentary editing yet. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in editing, a good visual sense, curiosity to learn, and the ability to turn raw footage, scripts, and conversations into engaging content.

What You’ll Do

Edit YouTube videos, documentaries, explainers, and long-form content.

Edit podcasts, podcast clips, trailers, teasers, and social-media content.

Turn scripts, voiceovers, interviews, and conversations into engaging visual stories.

Find and use relevant B-roll, archival footage, images, screenshots, and references.

Learn to create motion graphics, maps, charts, text animations, and visual explainers.

Use music, sound effects, and sound design to improve pacing and storytelling.

Work on content for YouTubers, creators, brands, and the creator economy.

Collaborate with content and research teams to understand the story and maintain accuracy.

Take feedback positively and continuously improve your editing skills.

Learn how to use audience retention and performance data to make better editing decisions. What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in professional or freelance video editing.

Strong interest in documentary, explainer, podcast, business, geopolitical, historical, educational, or creator content.

Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, cuts, visual hierarchy, and viewer retention.

Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.





Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.

Willingness to learn advanced motion graphics, sound design, documentary workflows, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work independently with scripts, voiceovers, raw footage, and references.

Basic understanding of copyright-secure footage, music, and online assets.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from feedback.

Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
