Position: Junior Time Study Engineer (Industrial Engineering)

Department: Industrial Engineering

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – Freshers

Academic Requirement: Minimum 80% throughout the Diploma

Salary: ₹18,000 Take-Home per month

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Shift: General Shift

- Conduct time studies and method studies for manufacturing operations.
- Observe and analyse production processes to identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
- Establish standard times and manpower requirements for various operations.
- Conduct capacity planning and resource planning for respective departments.
- Prepare line balancing studies to improve workflow and resource utilization.
- Collect, analyse, and maintain production and productivity data.
- Support labour productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks, waste, and non-value-added activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance,



and planning teams for process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to established work standards and operating procedures.
