About the Role

Ethera is looking for a Junior Stylist to support our creative and marketing efforts across product shoots, campaigns, and brand storytelling. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their styling career who has a sharp eye for detail, an instinct for aesthetics, and a genuine love for jewellery and luxury. You'll work closely with the marketing team and external partners to make sure every product looks its absolute best — on set, in campaigns, and out in the world.

What You'll Do

Product & campaign styling

- Assist with overall product selection for marketing collaborations and campaigns, ensuring choices align with brand direction and the story each shoot is telling.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders — marketing, creative, and external partners — to make sure every product shines through in the final output.
- Provide on-set assistance on shoot days: styling setup, product prep and handling, prop and wardrobe coordination, steaming/lookbook organization, and keeping the shoot running smoothly.

Studio & asset support

- Help maintain wardrobe, prop, and product inventory — tracking pieces in and out, and keeping styling assets organized and shoot-ready.
- Prepare mood boards, styling packs, and references based on creative direction.
- Track fashion, jewellery,



and luxury trends and bring fresh references to the team.

Celebrity styling & organic seeding

- Build and nurture a network of celebrity stylists, PR contacts, and industry insiders.
- Support product seeding and gifting — getting the right pieces to the right stylists and talent to earn organic "spotted on" placements.

Who You Are

- A fresher with prior internship experience, or someone with up to ~6 months of professional experience.
- Fashion background preferred — ideally with hands-on exposure to the jewellery and luxury space.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, colour, and composition, with a real understanding of how jewellery is styled and photographed.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- A natural relationship-builder who's excited to grow a network within the fashion and celebrity styling world.
- Willing and available for on-site work and shoot days, including occasional long or irregular hours.

Nice to Have

- Existing contacts among stylists, PR agencies, or talent teams.
- Familiarity with social/e-commerce content styling and current jewellery trends.
- Basic knowledge of shoot production and post-shoot asset workflows.
