Role Description The Junior SAP Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, and daily operation of SAP modules used across production, inventory, sales, and finance functions. This full-time role is on-site and based in Kunkavav Vadia, working closely with senior consultants and business users to understand process requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with system configuration, data maintenance, testing, and documentation, as well as helping resolve user issues and supporting change requests.

The Junior SAP Consultant will participate in user training, basic report generation, and coordination with IT and functional teams to ensure system stability and process efficiency.



The role also involves learning and applying SAP best practices in a manufacturing and packaging environment and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational SAP skills in at least one module (such as MM, PP, SD, or FI/CO) and a willingness to learn additional modules relevant to manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Candidates should possess basic technical skills, including understanding of ERP systems, data management, and proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot user issues, support testing activities, and assist in process optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and provide end-user support and training.
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; prior internship or project experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to work on-site in Kunkavav Vadia, learn from senior team members, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation, system configuration notes, and user guides.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or packaging industry processes, and familiarity with basic SQL or reporting tools, would be beneficial.
