Junior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn about IT solutions and technology products. The role involves supporting the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Assist the sales team in promoting IT solutions, kiosk solutions, and related products.
- Schedule and attend client meetings under the guidance of senior sales team members.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Travel within the UAE for client meetings when required.

Required Skills & Experience





- 2–5years of sales experience (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to learn IT products and solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and good presentation skills.
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Interest or basic knowledge of IT solutions, kiosks, hardware, or software products.
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
- UAE market exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates willing to travel within the UAE as required.
