We are looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Safety Engineer to support the implementation of safety procedures at our construction project sites. The candidate will assist in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and unsafe work practices, and ensure corrective actions are taken.

- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and properly use PPE, safety equipment, barricading, and warning signage.

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness sessions for workers and site staff.

- Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting, electrical work, and fire safety.

- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident/near-miss reports, and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
